Sonoran Spider Lily (Hymenocallis sonorensis) is native in several areas of Mexico including the states of Sonora and Sinaloa. The plant in this photo was photographed at Tohono Chul in Tucson, Arizona.

The 49 acre site is located in Casas Adobes, a neighborhood in the Northwest section of Tucson, Arizona. Tohono Chul supports a botanical garden, nature preserve, art galleries, and restaurant. Many sculptures are on display throughout the gardens.
